Live well. Sing more.

Wholehearted was founded in 2014 by Lisa Littlebird and we now have more than 230 singers in two chapters, San Diego and Carmel, CA.

Singers of all ages and experience are wholeheartedly welcome in this chorus, and there is no audition.  We do not use sheet music, instead learning the songs by heart through repetition, with the support of lyric sheets, practice tracks, and one another.

The songs we sing are sacred technologies of the heart and they become allies for life. They are designed to uplift, heal, and nurture our sense of belonging.

The mission of Wholehearted is to create a more harmonious world by singing together.

A Song For All of Us

is a podcast series hosted by Lisa G. Littlebird, founder of Wholehearted Chorus. Through heartfelt conversations, we explore the complex topics behind the songs in each Wholehearted Chorus season, in service to deepening the transformative potential of music and singing together.

In 2025, we asked, “how do we move from division toward harmony in this polarized world? What does true belonging look like when we differ so deeply?” Through song and conscious inquiry we hope to dream a more peaceful, loving future into being.

The antidote to exhaustion is not necessarily rest. The antidote to exhaustion is wholeheartedness.
